My family and I visited Edenton for a wedding over the weekend and had the pleasure of staying at Nicole's place. The house was clean, had everything that we needed and was within walking distance to the town. The outside cottage was perfect for my young adult son as it allowed him the ability to stay up late and watch TV without bothering anyone else in the house and he felt like he had his own place. One thing that I loved was that Nicole was super quick to respond to my messages and was extremely helpful throughout my entire stay. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this historic home. The home was spotless and welcoming. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the antique furniture and decor. The backyard was large, private and completely fenced in. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the brightness with open shades during the day yet had plenty of privacy at night. We spent most of our time in the fully stocked game room. The kitchen had more than everything needed for our stay. The bathrooms were completely stocked. I would highly recommend this stay to my friends and family. 5 Stars!!! Such a convenient location.

This historic home has been restored respectfully. The house is among other historic homes and buildings, literally across the street and next door. Nicola was an excellent house. The cottage in the backyard was great, coveted by all of the guests. We could not ask for a better experience. Truly delightful! Thank you! I will try to stay here again.

This adorable historic property was the perfect home base for our family to explore the charming town of Edenton! With six adults and one high energy dog, we needed a space that was comfortable enough for all of us to stay connected while also allowing for privacy, and we wanted a safe outdoor space for our dog to get some exercise. We got it all with this home! Nicole was completely on top of communication, even responding within minutes to a question we had regarding one of the tours in town while we were there. She could not have made our experience better. As for Edenton, it was beyond charming, highly walkable (we walked the dog everywhere) and brimming with friendly people. The location could not be beat-literally steps away from cute shops and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

I can't say enough about how lovely this home is! Such an adorable house, guest house, and yard, with great spaces for spending time together. Kitchen had everything we needed, couch was cozy for watching movies, 2 tables for board games, comfy beds, great outdoor space for reading or having a picnic, beautiful bathrooms, and truly everything you need for a perfect stay. It was great being so close to town and we walked there every day. Having the Farmers Market on the end of the street was such a bonus! Truly a perfect stay!

The home is great, a great location, well cared for and, everything you could need/want. But it was the host who made all the difference. I was booking Nicole's place for an employee and his family who had been in a terrible accident while vacationing in the area. It was horrible, and two children ended up in one hospital, and the father in another. The wife had stayed home and was unaware of the accident until Emergency Services called her - she had to fly across country to be with them. They were all in critical condition and she was split between two hospitals while the loves of her life struggled. I reached out to Nicole and explained the circumstances and she jumped through hoops to help me (help them). I do believe that humans are put on earth to care for one another, and she stepped up and made the world of difference to a family in need. Thank you, Nicole - from the bottom of all of our hearts. PS - everyone is doing great and should be released soon :)

Great place to stay in Edenton to do all the things! Historic home with upgraded finishes. The cottage out back was perfect for our family with mother-in law and siblings in the main home. Very clean, comfy beds and excellent communication from host. Recommend this stay for sure!

Nicole's place is absolutely lovely. The house is an amazing location, especially for history lovers! The entire place is spotless, inviting, and comfortable. She has really thought of everything--room darkening curtains, hairdryers, kitchen essentials, and toiletries. I will definitely stay there again.

Great house for our kids and dog. The fenced in yard was a great! We had an amazing day walking to the farmers market and cute shops. Would definitely book again!

This place was amazing. We came for a funeral and it was on the same street as where my aunt stayed so we were able to walk to her house without any issues. We were able to spend time with family and get there in a timely fashion. We loved the house and the amenities that they offered. We didn’t even get to see the cottage house but will be sure to use this house for the next visit! Nicole was great!
