This was our second time staying at Nicole’s home, and it was just as wonderful as the first! She’s incredibly responsive and accommodating—quick to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The house is in a perfect location, walkable to everything. We can’t wait to come back again!

This beautiful historic home was perfect for our stay. We were with 4 , the open kitchen/dining area was a great gathering spot for us. The kitchen was very well equipped and clean.
Very walkable to restaurants and the water. Parking was no problem plus the communication was excellent, anytime we had a question, the response was immediate, thank you Nicole.
We can highly recommend this house for a party of 3/4 adults.

This was a family trip to the birth place of my father. Ironically, the house was two doors down from the church where my family worshipped and a block away from the house my father grew up in. Place was spotless and very comfortable. Would definitely book again.

The house was absolutely adorable. Extremely clean. Loved the decor. We felt right at home.
It’s only about an 8 minute walk to downtown Edenton. Beautiful scenery. Fantastic food.
Nicole, our host, was very attentive and absolutely amazing! We will definitely return again.

We loved our stay at Nicole’s place! The home was super clean, comfortable, and had a cozy “home away from home” vibe. The cottage in the back with 2 bedrooms and a bath was a big plus. The location is perfect—walking distance to the park, water, shops, restaurants, and sightseeing. Street parking was easy and right in front of the house.
The home is beautifully updated while keeping its charm, and Nicole was amazing, great communication, stress-free check-in, and even accommodated us on short notice.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Nicole’s place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Nicole, for making our trip so enjoyable!

We absolutely fell in love with this beach house! The sunsets over the marsh in the back yard were breathtaking and we were only a few moments walk to the ocean. The under the house hang out area was such a fabulous place to lounge in the hammock, play corn hole, or read on a porch swing. We hope to be back!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The home was squeaky clean and the beds were comfortable. Host communicated well. We loved having access to all the beach chairs, beach cart, bikes and kayaks too!

Everything stated about the house and amenities was spot on
Nicole is also a great communicator and more than timely with her responses
That being said, if you and your family or group are looking for a place that exceeds the listing, this is the place for you

Great place with gorgeous views and a quick walk to the beach! The house was clean and was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed to enjoy our get away and the beds were comfortable. Nicole was extremely helpful, very responsive, and provided clear instructions. We would definitely stay again.
