W Pelican is a quiet street with a mix of rentals and year-round residents. Houses on our side of Pelican overlook the beautiful marsh, providing excellent views, great bird-watching, and quiet place to retreat. If you are looking for a party house, please keep looking.

Location
The cottage is literally a 3 min walk to the closest beach access (timed by both myself and maps app). If you wish to try out different beach access points, Oak Island charges for parking using an app. Instructions are posted at each access point.
